For over 15 years, Mandidextrous has been an instrumental figure in the UK/European underground
music industry. With their unique and high-energy productions, they have captivated audiences,
packing out clubs and festival dance floors wherever they go. Their seamless fusion of D&B and
Techno, combined with influences from various dance genres and nostalgic rave sounds, sets them
apart as a true innovator and skilled producer.

Mandidextrous, who prefers they/them pronouns, identifies as Trans Non-Binary and has become an
inspiring beacon of representation for queer culture and trans lives in the dance music community.

Alongside their musical talent, they have established a significant social media presence and earned
support from renowned platforms such as Radio One, BBC Introducing, and UKF.

2023 was subject to an momentous rise in M’s career picking up a prestigious award from Drum &
Bass arena that was voted for by many industry professionals as the Critics Choice. This has helped
Mandidextrous solidify their involvement within the D&B Industry and community.

Their music, both infamous and sought after, has earned the admiration of many DJs and prominent
labels. Notably, they've made significant strides with Ram Records and their new imprint Program,
leaving a lasting legacy within the European hard techno scene and the UK/European D&B scene.

An impressive 11 years of running their successful label, Amen4Tekno Records, and organizing
sell-out events under their brand Kiss My Kick Drums has created a thriving movement in the music
scene. Through their label, events, and music, they have influenced the European hard techno scene
and the UK/European D&B scene.

Mandidextrous's achievements extend beyond their musical prowess. They've held key positions with
prominent festivals, notably serving as a music creator for Boomtown Fair, crafting the music for the
infamous closing ceremonies for two consecutive years. Additionally, they've curated exceptional
underground music stages, including The Scrapyard and the recently acclaimed Spectrum 360. Their
pinnacle sets at events like Let It Roll, Glastonbury, and Bassizm have further solidified their
reputation as an exceptional performer.
Even with a remarkable track record in the industry, Mandidextrous shows no signs of slowing down.
Their dedication to pushing creative boundaries and their projects' consistent success has

The name JADE is one that has deep respect attached to it in Drum and Bass circles, with his EATBRAIN imprint standing as one of the most highly regarded neurofunk labels around. For the last 5 years, the label has gone from strength to strength, with Jade headlining some of Europe’s largest festivals, such as Boomtown, Dour, NASS, and Let It Roll, and clubs such as London’s infamous FABRIC. His concept and sonic aesthetic has rapidly taken over a vast portion of the European drum and bass scene, extending across the Americas in recent years, establishing a firm and growing fanbase for him in that area of the world.

An Incredible Night of Art, Music, and Community: My Experience at the Metamind Collective EDM Show

This past weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to sell my handcrafted art at an EDM show hosted by the Metamind Collective—and what an unforgettable experience it was! From the vibrant energy of the crowd to the amazing lineup of DJs, it was a night that perfectly blended creativity, music, and a shared sense of community. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be a part of a truly immersive event, this one was a perfect example.

Metamind Collective: A Night to Remember

The event, held at Sidequest—a venue known for its intimate and electrifying vibe—was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped into the venue, I could feel the buzz of anticipation in the air. The Metamind Collective, known for their innovative approach to electronic music and art, truly outdid themselves with this show. The atmosphere was alive, the crowd was electric, and everything felt perfectly curated. They created a space where art and music weren’t separate; they flowed seamlessly together.

A special shoutout goes to the Metamind Collective team for their attention to detail, both in terms of the production and the environment they fostered. They were extremely organized, making sure the artists (like myself!) felt welcome and supported. It’s not every day that you get to collaborate with such a forward-thinking and inclusive collective.

Headliner: Mandidextrous

One of the highlights of the night was undoubtedly Mandidextrous, the headliner, who brought the house down with an electrifying set. Mandedextrous is a force in the hard dance and EDM scene, pushing boundaries and creating a space for everyone, an ideal at their finest. Their set was a masterclass in energy, seamlessly blending genres and building up to a climax that had the entire room shaking with excitement.

Mandedextrous' performance was a perfect reflection of their commitment to inclusivity and progressive thinking within the electronic music community. It was a night where we all came together, dancing and celebrating our shared love for music, art, and self-expression.

Supporting DJs and the Vibrant Lineup

The supporting DJs also did an outstanding job of setting the stage for Mandedextrous’ headline performance. From start to finish, the energy never dipped. Big shoutout to the talented DJs who kept the crowd moving all night long:

DJ Bliss — bringing those deep, pulsating beats that made the floor vibrate.
VibeCatcher — their high-energy set was full of unexpected twists and kept everyone on their toes.
Pixelate — an absolute wizard with mixing, their blend of melodic and hard dance sounds was something special.

Each DJ added their own flavor to the night, creating an experience that felt like an all-encompassing journey through the hard dance genre. It’s rare to see such seamless transitions between sets, and the way the entire night flowed was a testament to the collective synergy of all the artists involved.

A Shoutout to Sidequest and the Venue Team

Sidequest is one of those venues that really makes you feel like you're part of something unique. The intimate setting allowed for personal connections between the artists and the audience, and the sound system was top-notch, making every drop and buildup feel like a wave of energy crashing over you. The staff at Sidequest were kind, efficient, and made sure the event ran smoothly, so I want to give a huge thank you to them for their support throughout the night.

My Art Journey at the Event

As an artist, this event was a milestone for me. Being able to showcase my handcrafted art at such a dynamic and creative event was an absolute honor. The audience was not only receptive but incredibly supportive, and it was heartwarming to see people connect with my work. Whether it was my unique pieces hanging on the walls or the smaller pieces I brought for sale, it was amazing to witness how art can become a part of the atmosphere in an event like this.

I want to express my gratitude to everyone who stopped by my booth and took the time to engage with my art. You all made this experience even more memorable, and I couldn't be more thankful for the opportunity to share my work with such a passionate crowd.

The Hard Dance EDM Community: Unity Through Music and Art

What stood out to me the most about this event was the sense of community. The hard dance EDM world is known for its inclusive and welcoming vibe, and the Metamind Collective exemplified this in every aspect of the event. From the way the artists supported each other to the way the crowd engaged with the music and art, there was a palpable sense of unity. People were there to celebrate, to support one another, and to embrace the music that brings us all together.

It’s moments like these—where music, art, and community come together—that remind me why I do what I do. I’m proud to be part of such a dynamic and passionate scene, and I’m beyond excited to continue creating and sharing my art with all of you.
